At the heart of HCG claims management is our certified partner network.
It consists of around 60 high-performance car body shops, for all of which customer service is their top priority.

For a partner garage to become a member of HCG Claims Management, we require expertise in high-quality repairs geared towards sustainability and a pronounced service orientation towards the vehicle owner.

Our partner garages are equipped with the latest technical equipment and have the technical repair approval of most vehicle manufacturers. Practically all of our partner companies are members of the Swiss Carrosserie Association (Carrosserie Suisse) and are constantly undergoing further training in the field of repair technology - be it conventional or high-voltage electrical repairs.

Thanks to a geographically skilful selection of partner companies, we can offer our services quickly and nationwide in the event of a claim. Is your fleet of vehicles on the road internationally? No problem! For European coverage, we work closely with renowned claims managers abroad.

If suitable, we will also be happy to integrate your trusted body shop into our network.

Furthering education - for us, it is self-explanatory:

The Swiss Technical College (STFW) has been conducting practical courses in the field of automotive technology for a good 90 years, including for apprentice training and their practical final apprenticeship examinations as well as further training for professional examinations with federal FA, master craftsman examinations and other courses.

With our cooperation with the STFW and with the leading car repair paint manufacturers, we conduct annual continuing education courses with a focus on "repairing instead of replacing" for our network partners.
Current topics for car body repairers such as adhesive, welding and dent removal technology as well as modern plastic repairs, headlight glass, rim repairs, windshield repairs and repairs of electric vehicles are just some of the contents.

For car painters, the training plan includes topics such as new color shades, additional painting for color adjustments, small repairs (MicroRepair), and edge painting.

In addition to this range of courses, our network partners also attend the courses offered by Carrosserie Suisse and the technical courses offered by the vehicle manufacturers.
